Welcome to Wylkin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of wylkin.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order or browsing the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Wylkin is an independently operated apparel brand. You can reach us at info@wylkin.com.

2. Products and Orders

All products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Nothing is pre-stocked, so production begins only once you place an order.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue a design at any time.

Colors may appear slightly different on screen than on the finished garment due to display settings and print variation. This is normal for direct-to-garment printing and is not a defect.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your full card details.

You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country for international orders.

4. Shipping and Returns

Shipping timelines and our return/refund policy are covered in our Shipping & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available on our Site.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, artwork, and site content are the property of Wylkin and may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wylkin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.
